Overview
Claro built a platform to service employers needs to improve financial wellbeing within their workforce. Definition, development and launch were all completed within 3 months, allowing an incredibly fast go to market for our solution.
Problem
Employers realised a need to improve the financial wellbeing of their employees
With the cost of living crisis and other pressures, financial wellbeing became a priority among employers. There became a clear need for a new type of service.

By prioritising and constant validation through testing and sales feedback, we were able to focus on building a rich core feature set.
Solution
Engaging and functional platform delivering Claro’s financial wellbeing tools
We focused on creating a simple experience for the end user that enabled them to easily navigate and understand Claro’s wellbeing features, including budgeting, coaching services and live workshops.
Outcome
Within 3 months we built the full platform, speeding up Claro’s go to market and achieving our original goals. Our budgeting and coaching features became popular and received excellent feedback from employers and importantly employees.
